Who makes the rules (we're talking BBQs etc)
OK accepting that regions vary, what if any is the accepted hierarchy for legislation? The Junta de Andalucia has issued some kind of edict about not allowing barbecues until October 14th(ish) ....(plus any use of vehicles in forest areas, etc) however the gossips are saying that means every bbq, household/outdoor kitchen or whatever. I dropped in to a chimenea supplier this morning & he was firmly of the opinion that it meant only 'campo' bbqs, which in his view meant al fresco 'in the countryside' camping type arrangements. As far as he was concerned a three-walled bbq with a chimney, however close to the campo, was ok. Now to the crux. He said to contact the Guardia Civil for the defining view.
Is that right? Would the bomberos know? Guardia? Has the Junta (not just Andalucia, anywhere) got web FAQs or contact?

I live in the campo and we are having a BBQ for 50 people on the 23rd June.
BBQs are acceptable on private property (even in the campo).
Going out into the countryside and lighting a BBQ is definitely not allowed.
That said, if you have a domestic BBQ and set the campo alight you will be held responsible.
