As someone who is about to change our UK wills before moving to Spain, I already know about the bit where you state that you wish your Spanish will to be read alongside your UK will.
When we make our Spanish will, we were going to leave our home to each other (hubby and I). We both have 2 children from previous marriages, so do we have to leave them all a quarter share if we died together, or once both of us have died?
Also, as it will be a park home, please don't talk about inheritance tax as it doesn't apply.

When we did our first wills we left our house etc to each other and also included the children so that if we died together there was no problem.

The whole point about the new law is that you can leave it to whoever you want.

Correct, but only if your will specifically states that you want English law to apply.
