Hi,
me and friend, are trying to find where to go for a good night out, we are both around 40, me JUST over her JUST under, the places we have been are either full of 18 year olds, or spanish bars full of 70 years (no offence to you older people)

so we are looking for places to go with poeple our age, where there is good music, maybe a chance to dance, meet others and have a laugh,

we are close to Ontinyent, and dont mind driving 40 mins away,

why dont you hit Gandia ? there are lots of nice bars along the frontand in the side streets and a few clubs (not "clubs" - discoteques ) coco loco is at the beach front. There is an Irish bar (bit expensive though) but a nice "pub" feel

then there are a few along the main road which goes to Xeraco

also the casino might be worth a try - not been in myself yet - there is a pizza hut there too, with DEEP PAN and garlic bread mmmmmmm and a Tony Romas upstairs which is nice

know what you mean about the 18 year olds - did I ever wear skirts that short !!!!! those were the days
