Where does inland start?
We hear that people are moving inland but what is considered inland?
How far from the coast? 5,10Km or is it where the building stops? |
Re: Where does inland start?
There's plenty of building inland too! I think inland is anywhere that isn't a coastal resort.

Re: Where does inland start?
Can't speak for all of Spain but, through the Costa Blanca area I would politely suggest anwhere to the west of the A7/E15 (Autovia Mediterraneo) could be roughly considered inland.
All of the 'heavy' development seems to occur along the coastal strip to its eastern side, this is only my observation mind! |
Re: Where does inland start?
It starts when the prices get to where they should be!
About 40 mins drive I would think as its then too far to be based there and go to work - unless youre mad or like travelling!! |

'Inland' starts where the menus are just in Spanish. Come to think of it - most places 'inland' don't have menus...
