Sorry I don't know if you can marry in your own home, but it doesn't have to be a church or town hall.
Our granddaughter had a civil ceremony followed the next day by the full White Wedding in the grounds of Alhaurin Golf.
Our daughter on the other hand married in Mijas town hall.
The thing to remember though is the time taken by Spanish bureaucracy wherever it is going to be, for foreigners marrying here it can (and does) at times take six months to get all the paperwork and translations of them done and authenticated, do allow time for any problems that may occur.
You can get married in Spain, even if neither of you are Spanish, but it’s complicated. Following is a list of documents that are normally requested:
◦Application form
◦Birth Certificate
◦Proof that both parties are free to marry
◦Divorce/Annulment Certificate of any previous marriages.
◦Certificate of Residence. If not a permanent resident in Spain, you can sign an affidavit before a Consular Officer indicating your place of residence for the last 6 years, as well as your temporary residence in Spain.
◦Posting of Banns (a public declaration of intent to marry)
◦Certificate of Consular Inscription
This link will guide you as to what you need.

Good luck with it all.

It took us a year to manage it in Frigiliana, getting all the documents together within the time limit was the key.
Then the administration lost the documents ...............

Can you imagine the hoops they had to jump through? It took almost nine months to sort all the paperwork!
It was worth it in the end though, we gained a superb son-in-law!

Same thing happened to our daughter here, on top of that she was marrying an Italian who was born in Argentina but who had taken Spanish nationality....
