  • Hi, we are planning to buy à house between Gandia and Calpe.
  • Can you tell us which places to avoid?
  • we thought to Javea but we are afraid to live in a ghetto with neighberhood only in the Summer time,
  • we thought to Oliva City but we are afraid to live between Gitanos which are à kind of loud and not to trust (we have allready à good experience in south France with them, ouf way of living is too différent) I’m French.
which village can you counsell us?
  • we are retired, looking for calm and n ice neighborhood. We appréciante à place which Takes care of the Planet with good life quality and art.
  • Thank you so much for your help!

You have already mentioned the place, it is Gandia. Next question please, or maybe you have not provided all your requirements?

There are thousands of dwellings in Javea with permanent neighbours and there are thousands of houses in Oliva that do not have gypsies for neighbours.
Any town here will have things that you don't like, but many more things that you do. It is important that you spend the time to look.
I can't tell you where to live any better than you could tell me.

If you are retired and have the time you need to have an extended holiday in each of your chosen areas. Each poster on here will have their own favourite place and probably live there. You can't totally rely on other people's opinions and preferences. You need to make your own decisions.
