Hi to all,

You may remember that Jon-BXL wrote about the very high humidity expected in Ayamonte about a month ago. Well it has happened. The last few days have been very humid with a couple of mornings misty to a fair degree. The humidity has been up at 60+%.

But that is not the 97% Jon quoted. However when we looked last night at the TWC site it was over 90% again for today.

Low and behold when we woke up this morning there was thick FOG so dense that we could not see Marisols house about 100m away and it was very wet fog to boot so yes !00% I guess.

All gone by 10.30 and a glorious day since swimming at 18.30 pool at 23* and air temp about 26* humidity low again looks good for the next ten days as well!

Grr. Very Jealous John. No one from MF/Administrator to complete with atm it seems. They seem to have one person for the whole of Southern Spain. And he is still on holiday!!

Regards from the Sutton Coalfield boyz (JR says hello)

Rained practically all day yesterday and been grey and threatening to rain all day today but still a reasonable 20 + degrees. It had to come some time and supposed to be like this for the next couple of days, hope it clears up for the weekend.

Hello Mary

Cloudy and threatening to rain I'm afraid. But still warmer then the UK at about 21.

Hope you enjoy your stay though through the winter, lets hope it doesn't get as cold as last winter.

Don´t forget to check out your residency status and health cover for a six month period in Spain.

Hi again - ref the temporary residency status, do you know what are the main pro's of doing this? I believe it is not mandatory for people in our position.

Don`t know about a tempory one, but within 3 months you have to register at the National police station, where they give you a residencia certificate and an NIE number if you don`t already have one.
Also contact the DWP about health cover as you may be eligable to some cover by an E form of some number, your card will only cover you for emergency treatment and not follow on or repatriation to the UK.

Just a quick post to inform Steve (Steve/Pat) that it has been a delightful week of 16 degrees early morning to mid/late 20s during the day with beautiful clear skies. Not bad for the last week of October, much better then last year and it was forecasted to rain!! So it should be a lovely Bank Holiday here.

Read your updates about the weather on a regular basis as it just reminds me how beautiful Aymonte is and I can picture the blue skies even when looking out on grey clouds in the UK.

We are out in 10 days so will look forward to the updates, thank you.[/COLOR]
