What do you do in Spain when it rains?

Just wondering what you all do with yourself when it chucks it down like it is here today?

Do you have hobbies that you can do inside or does the rain stop everything?

Do you just get comfy for the day and read a good book or do some baking?

Do you go down to the local and have some tapas and a few glasses of vino?

Just curious :D

I am a genealogist so try to get some work done on my family tree. I have notes written down I am trying to get into order, matching names and dates etc. Also read a quite a lot, daughter paints and is learning guitar. Hubby paints, reads and plays guitar. Always something to do. I also come on here when I get an internet connection - been playing up today though and keeps going off :frown:

Moan about the amount of accidents on the N340 and how awful the Spanish drivers are (although to be fair, most are probably caused by Brits who haven't understood you're supposed to STOP at the end of the sliproads)

Study Spanish, do various crafts, reading, housework, computer. Tend to do these things regardless of the weather though.

Get yourself to a pine forest because...

"The rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain".

I go to bed at 3am most mornings, I get up when the mood takes me, Hubby makes me a cuppa, I watch TV, Hubby makes me breakfast, I watch TV, Hubby runs me a bath, I have bath, then I sit in my towel and play with the PC, I get dressed when Hubby is sitting all dressed looking at me with car keys in his hand. I go out shopping, lazy around in bars down by the beach drinking coffee and sherry, hubby drives me back home, I (note I) cook dinner, after dinner I play with gazz on BE when gazz can't come out and play I have a new friend called Ray who likes to pop in on ocassions. Hubby has siesta, then hubby makes a cuppa, then we talk (it's good to talk) then I watch TV, then I play with my friends on BE then I watch CSI, CSI and more CSI sometimes House. Then I might watch some of those Swedish Natural Biology History programs that gazz in Portugal told me about before I know it, it is 3am and I have to go to bed because I have turned into a pumpkin.

When it is raining I sit and moan at hubby because I am bored and cold:D If you believe this then you should send me karma telling me to get a life:)
