Looking into doing a roof reform. I'd like to get an idea what you all paid for yours. Let's keep it short and simple!

Where you are based, your roof sqm and the price you paid.

Yes I know everything about permits etc. Just interested in seeing what you all paid for the work.

You have not said whether this is for a flat roof or a pitched roof.

May 2018, our son in Bizkaia, 450sq m roof, €80,000

True, but was thinking SQM price shouldn't be that different.

It will be different as you use different materials , do you want pan tiles or flat tiles ? concrete beams or timber , a few years ago I completely re roofed a cortijo with a roof area of around 75m2 for 12,000 euro , did most the work myself with two labourers.
No architect / project manager needed.
