As we are doing a lot of recommendations
 
Hi,

Can people please recommend drink cocktails and also if known how to make them.

I need some with booze in and some without.

All replies i am grateful for

I have a great cocktail book by Thomas Kelly,


Sloe comfortabale screw up against the wall:

1 fl oz sloe gin
0.5 fl oz southern comfort
0.5 fl oz vodka
0.5 fl oz Galliano
2.5 fl oz ornage juice

mix or shake all the ingredients together except for the ggalliano. pour into glass and float the gilliano on top.



Wine cup:

4 fl oz white wine
4 cubes of ice
1 fl oz cassis
0.5 fl oz amaretto
0.5 fl oz cranberry juice
0.5 fl oz pinapple juice
fill with lemonade

pour the ingredients directly into gthe glass in the order listed and stir. garnish with slice cucumber

Monkey's lunch

1 fl oz banana liqueuer
0.75 fl oz light rum
0.5 fl oz white creme de cacao
1.5 fl oz pineaplle juice
1.5 fl oz cranberry juice

mix or shake all together and pour them into the gl;ass garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.


Planter punch

1.25 fl oz white rum
juice of 1 lime
dash of grenadine
2 dashes angosture bitters
3 fk oz orange juice

mix or shake pour in glass garnis to add.

Miss N if you pm me your email address I can send you some more, when do you want them by. non alc I will have to do later.

I need 3 of each roughly for next weekend it is party time lol so i thought i would do some cocktails for a change rather than spirits and beer on the side i thought i would try this xxxxx
