I agree in a sense however if Andalucia wants or needs the money the tourists bring in then it's an inevitable consequence.

Given the dire shortage of affordable long-term residential rentals, I think some regulation to the ever-expanding holiday lets via Airbnb and the like is now overdue.
Owners of these properties will probably disagree but the market has swung too much to holiday lets in many areas whilst renters are struggling to find and afford property in which to live and work locally. |

Yes in these places a blanket ban would not work or be good for the local economy - what is needed is a balance to enable all sectors to have access to what they need for their wants.
