Me and GF are looking for 4 week to 30 day rental from 1st September so that she can attend a CELTA language course.

Any recommendations on websites or properties even?

As its September we expect to get a fairly decent offer on a holiday let apartment

September is still 'prime' rental time in Spain for northern Europeans ... weather is good, and only those with school-age children tend to come to Spain in August IME.
Maybe try www.holidaylettings.co.uk - they have properties in Sevilla, tell you how many years the property has been advertised (useful to ensure it actually exists, as a scam property wouldn't have been advertised for a couple of years), and also links into Tripadvisor. Good luck with your search - Sevilla in September will be gorgeous.

Near the language school is ideal, but if there are transport links then it does not have to be the centre

Err, why don't you ask the language school giving the course? If they are based in Seville, they will know places around, especially as they will have had trainees stay locally before.

It's worth calling the place also to make sure it's legit - don't want to see you end up like this:
