Vueling Barcelona

Hi All

We have a Vueling flight booked from Granada to Malta via Barcelona airport, landing from Granada and Flying to Malta from Barcelona Terminal 1, so no issues there. The issue is that the connection time from arriving at Barcelona from Granada and leaving for Malta is only 50 minutes. No luggage to swop, we will have our hand luggage with us. It's Vueling all the way.

Anybody ever done a connection at Barcelona T1 with this timescale, or can advise on the realistic prospect of above timings?

Advice on Barcelona T1 only please!!!!!!

Vueling not the most punctual of carriers and it does seem very tight, remember the Vueling policy is you have to be at your gate 30 minutes before take-off and they shut the gate 10 minutes before T/O Only consolation is as you are flying with them on both legs it is all their responsibility not yours. Suggest when you are on the plane Granada - Barcelona talk to one of the stewards ( esses ) and tell them what they situation is, they often help you get out of the plane quickly if they know you have a tight connection. Also as they are coming into land they sometimes announce the gates for onward flights so listen-up and be prepared to scamper a bit.

Yes agree, speak to someone on the plane, they can communicate with the ground staff and help you leave quickly with directions and have staff waiting for you.
