Vodafone Permanencia

Has anyone argued (and preferably won) with Vodafone about their "permanencia"? Only I am about to start....and would welcome any info or hints.

Sorry, missed that. Please let us know how you get on - it would be interesting to see if everyone gets the same run-around or if I am just lucky that way!:lol:
