VISA ELECTRON AND RYANAIR
As of 01/01/2010 if you book a flight with Ryanair and pay with a Visa Electron card they will charge you a fee of £5.00 per seat.
The only way to avoid this payment is to use a Mastercard prepaid card, see the link below

You can get a Mastercard prepaid from www.fairfx.com
This company charge you 1.5% of the transaction fee, which will normally be cheaper than the £10 return flight fee charged by Ryanair.
It is free to load money onto the card.
At the moment it is only Ryanair that are doing this, but as the Visa Eletron card is being withdrawn by the banks, the other airlines will probably follow Ryanair lead (as normal).
