Views on Peniscola Spain

Can anyone give views on what kind of town this is to live.
Are there areas to avoid?
What is the weather like?
Goods and bad advice greatly appreciated.

I was there several years ago, in 1991, in trip of studies, and it is a beautiful place. But only I was in the area of the beach, that since the Papa Luna's castle (in English " Pope Moon "?) have some impressive views

It is the city where roated " El Cid " (1961). Charlton Heston (it was el Cid in this movie) it has been many times in this city, I almost coincided with him
