Vet in or around the Albox/Huercal Overa area
Hi, apologies if this has been asked before(tried searching for lung worm/vet/area) but, we're bringing the hound over to visit the new house in August, and have been told we need to get the dog a lung worm tablet(and certified that he's had the tablet) before we travel back to the UK 2 weeks later..
Any recommendations for a good, quasi english speaking vet in the Albox/HO area?
Thanks

There is a vet in La Alfoquia, near Albox. they did have an English vet but I am not sure if she has retired or not. They have an English receptionist: Veterinario ABC, Plaza Virgen del Carmen, La Alfoquia. Tel: 950 44 90 64 : 608 33 67 13 : 638 28 92 75 : 617 51 61 15 www.centerabc.com (in English) e-mail: [email protected] (info taken from their business card which I have)
I have no connection with this vet other than I drive a 2 hour journey each way to use them for sterilising cats as they use keyhole surgery rather than cutting them wide open which entails keeping them in for at least a week plus antibiotics which my local vet does.
