Utility Costs In Spain
Can anyone give me an indication of the annual costs for electricity, water and gas for a typical 2 bed 2 bath villa for rental.

Seirra Nevada or Marbella 
Water is cheap 10 euros a quarter, gas 10 euros a bottle lasts aprox 3-4 weeks, electrikery 58 euros two months , two people using it in Costa del sol.
Have the heat on for a couple of hours at night cos its down to 20
