Thanks for that suggestion. I also received the e-mail via hotmail. Unfortunately I have deleted the e-mail so I can't check it out. The "don't print this out etc...." message was visible at the bottom of the page as usual so it never occurred to me to try scrolling across. What a strange way to lay out an e-mail.
