Letters in NI number :

No further knowledge, my OH is just becoming a pensioner, awaiting her first payment, and the derivation of the payment date automatically referring to the letters in your NI number was given as a reason for not being to commit to a date for first payment by a girl/lady in Newcastle by email.

Direct and it is a difference worth having since there are no charges so every cent is yours so 400 x the difference say €4 for each cent.

It seems to come down to being certain of payday in a UK bank and having personal control of the money movement versus a worthwhile gain.
