UK Car, Spanish Plates to Sell. How?
I brought my car [Ford Focus Zetec RH Drive] to Spain 4 years ago - re-reg'd it here. It's in reasonable nick, still goes well but I don't need it anymore.
I'd rather sell it locally/advertise it - but probably not worth a lot as a RH'er / Swop it or give it away to someone !!! I have all the ITV, insurance, reg docs in Spanish.
or scrap it !
But
1) I want it done legally and
2) I don't know where to start ?!
And I do not want to be ripped off by Brits or Spaniards or left with a legal responsiblility... anyone got advice ?

I’ve done it and found out the hard way that it’s the seller’s responsibility to notify the change of ownership, however you have disposed of the car.
I was taken in by a friendly local car dealer who faithfully promised to take care of it all, but didn’t,
A local Gestor should be able to do the transfer for you, it’s not very expensive. Trafico and Suma are the most important people to inform.
