Question Problem with Flaky Picture on viewing Digit Sky in other rooms

Long time no write. Hope everyone is doing great wherever you all are.

My problem is:
We have Sky set up on a loop in 4 different rooms, (in Spain) it has worked perfectly since being installed in all the rooms, till recently, for some reason all the "extra 4 loops" now show a very flaky picture when watching Sky, but now while watching Spanish Terrestrial TV, we do not know why this is happening. We have an extended 3.1 Satellite Dish which works perfectly in the TV room, but if we try to view it in one of the other rooms, we can only see shadows of the picture with pretty flakes, I know its winter but even so!! Can anyone advise why this is.

Thanks Guys and Gals.

Question Electricity voltage in Spain

Does anyone know what is the strongest domestic voltage available to support electric heaters and normal other domestic appliances, bearing in mind that I dont understand much about electricity matters. Advice very welcome.
