Probably a lot of you don't realise that BE has a trivia championship on the go. The original thread is in the lounge, but if you're anything like me, you may not venture outside the safety of the Barbie

Why not have a go? It only takes a moment to make an account, there's a new quiz every day on a range of topics and there are a few familiar names who already play.

Haven't done it for ages. If I am on the laptop I can't seem to click quick enough. Amazes me how some British can name the winner of some baseball match in 1984 whatever! When some complete in 29 seconds it seems to take that to read the questions....I just feel as if there is a loophole somewhere

I feel the same, I used to do it and found blips in system, questions answered but not recorded, clicked one one answer but it said I had clicked another. I too am amazed anyone can read that fast and click an answer. Besides that I always seemed to get american questions and or sport. Mind you I seldom watch TV so anything to do with programmes on TV no matter where they came from I was no good at either.

I do a lot of the quizzes on Funtrivia itelf, in fact I've done 3982 specific subject ones that are all different questions, plus usually between 10 and 20 mixed question quizzes a day, which often contain the questions seen on the BE quizzes. I've scored 2,096,031 points there, which is why I can get a very quick time, if I've seen all the questions 30 or 40 times before, There are subjects, like American football and baseball that I just guess at though. Funtrivia itself is free, and you an log in with your BE detailss, and you don't get junkmail from them. Whiles away some time when you are bored..

Sorry never that bored to trawl through a quiz website to find something to do. I don't mind logging in and doing one but not everyday even, I get carried away doing other things. My general knowledge could do qith refreshing but I seem to find other things to do. I am living a bit like a mushroom these days.
