trike passenger laws
Hi,hoping to bring my boom family trike over to Calpe in June for around six weeks from uk.Can anyone tell me if my 6 year old grandaughter can ride on back seats. The trike has lap belt across the rear 3 seats and has full grab bar.I have also fitted 2 x three point inertia belts as well .I believe no children under 7 years can ride on the rear of motorcycle but I think that is because they cannot reach the footrests, which does not apply to the trike.Seems to be a very grey area in law . Any help would be appreciated.

On the V5, is your trike is still classed as a (3 wheel) motorcycle?
Having said that I doubt the Guardia Civil will be interested. Make sure you carry your documents at all times whilst riding.
Enjoy
