Travel kennel

We have to get a travel kennel for our dog to fly over in, and so far we've been quoted Â£700 and we have to measure the dog for the right size of kennel.

Can anyone tell me which company they bought one from, which is the best airline to use from Manchester or Leeds/Bradford?
