translation papers help please
 
I might have brushed on this before.
my town hall has given me a list of things I need for a matrimonio civil, here a some I need help with.
1 Certificado de empadronamiento de cada uno de los interesados
2 Partida literal del anterior matrimonia

I think they are,

1. Copy of your and your future spouse/partner Padron.
2. If either of you have been married/civil union before, they require you divorce/separation documents to prove you are both legally entitled to your new union.
