Translation needed please help
 

Is there anyone on here that could translate a letter for me from English into Spanish it has to be exact though as we want to take it into the bank to instruct them to transfer all the money from our Spanish account to our bank in the UK,
We did pay someone to do it and gave them a copy which they were gonna e mail back to us to print off and take in but they went to the uk this morning and have not sent it to us.
Typical ? if anyone can help I would be really grateful.

is it not possible for you to do the transfer yourself with online banking ?

We are signing the house over on Tueday and will have a bankers draft so we want to go into the bank which is around the corner form the Notary and do it there and then

oh right.... what about your solicitor ? maybe they can speak to the bank for you ?

We dont have a Solicitor dont need one our buyers have one but we cant ask him as it is conflict etc, I am more annoyed that I had paid someone and they have gone without doing it for us,and I know people in the village but we dont want them knowing about our financial business.
