Touring caravan sites

What are the touring caravan sites like in July / August and September, are they full or can you find vacant plots quite easily.
From Alicante south and inland.

You will have to book,the sites are full of dutch and english long stays,dont be tempted to stay on the roadside,think safe.Benidorm has many camp sites but again you will need to book.
