I've never known a time when tobacco prices went down!
It used to be the case that certain Brits would holiday in Spain merely to get hold of cheap baccy. Stricter customs and higher prices have stopped this to a degree. Wonder if booze duties will be the next?

You could spot them a mile off, a shell suit and a sports bag. Usually in groups of 3 or 4.

On Tuesday I was in a local Tabac getting the weed product for the wife. (I Know)
Two Ex pats in front of me I don't think together. One spent €485 and the next €1285 - good five minutes for the owner.
