We already have a thread on this from Stevie, though no one seems to offer any explanation yet.
What appears to be a dark object in front of her hand looks to me to be a shadow.
Maybe she's just been to the dentist and his holding something against her cheek to ease the pain or maybe the old man's just given her a slap in the chops for being a naughty girl,..who knows ?
Only thing we do know for sure, is that it can't be a mobile.
