Thurs' = Festival Day Valenciana Region
A regional fiesta day here on Thursday. In the Hondon Nieves Plaza they'll be a Mayoral ceremony with a Spanish band, exhibtions and more !!
Not many Shops open (if any) - Bars and restaurants should be though.

the entire region - not to mention most of the med coast - is under a 'severe weather warning'
my younger dd's teacher told her yesterday that we might get a very early gota fria
it's frighteningly windy at the mo - not a lot of rain yet - I'm staying put indoors!!

We had a storm about an hour ago, torrential rain, no tinternet or leccy, now everything is back to normal, big bad clouds towards Morroco though.

I am held up in Sweden at the minute as my mujer is in hospital here.
A bit worrying listening to CNN reports from Valencia, that people have drowned in flood water and there are gale force winds also.
Just wonder if my house is still there,any recent weather reports from Valencia?
