I get 200+ tv channels, phone, adsl plus pay per view box office films and major sports for 44.95 untill december then its 59.00.

i think it's a good deal and is suitable for me, i can change language on many of the channels including the free movies.
I don't get uk soaps but i moved here to get away from that trash !

Very fast with installation, i spoke to them yesterday morning and hey presto the guy was here to install at 12.30. today.:thumbsup:

I know this thread was about the TV part but if you get a spare moment and wouldn't mind awfully.. would you go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and see what results you get to the Lisbon server. I have a 4MB line in my office but rarely get much more than I would with a 1MB connection, so would be really good to see if you're getting a true 10MB connection! :)

True, how can they magicly up it to 10 by hooking up the tv, I struggle to get 2.5.

Don'tow exactly what the figures mean (not a techno )
But here goes

Elda download = 2362 kb/s upload = 249 kb/s

Lisbon download = 2281 kb/s upload = 244 kb/s

I already have line, free national calls and 3mb ADSL and pay 64 euros. Am I being over charged? I tried putting in my telephone number to get the tv imagine but they said it was not possible on my number. Is it because they only want to attract new clients?

:lol:nowhere near what you'd expect for a 10MB line thats for sure but considering the price you're paying I'd be more than happy!

No, I already had phone line, calls and adsl, I actually rang up about something else and the girl asked me if I wanted this package, So in answer to your question, yes I think you may be overcharged.
