Telefonica / Movistar email address??

I have been on the website for Movistar trying to find a way to contact them by email but cannot find an address. :confused: I am sure there is one hidden away there somewhere.

I have recently switched my provider to BT Arrakis, and need to return my Domo handset to Movistar, but how? I thought I would email them and ask for an address to post it to, otherwise I expect I will still be charged for it. has anyone out there got a contact email address for them?

Not necessarily, I have been in touch with Vodafone's help line and they say there is no email address for Vodafone which I find rather odd.
Perhaps they do not want to receive complaints in writing?
