telefonica
 
I have had terra 24 for my internet for about 4 years can anybody tell me if anything has change as from april last year I have not received any bills and they have not taken any money out of my account very strange has anybody had the same problem have they change their accounts

close your account and open a fresh one before they realise :thumbsup:

They are obviously billing me instead .... I just had €120 odd added to my bill this month for modem configeration :blink::blink: They haven't configured anything. :confused:

Normal Telefonica phone line no internet, no bill for 16 months, tried endlessly to resolve but, no luck, gave up 6 months ago and the line is still active, if they want paying they can do the legwork, i have given up.

Conversely I was just billed for re configuration and delivery of a modem which I haven't had. I'm guessing its linked to when I upgraded to my 8 Mb connection (which is actually 1.3). They gave me a complaint number and told me they will respond by letter within 10 days. I'm not holding my breath

Telefonica have been charging me for a phone number I have not got for 18 months, we are going through our solicitors to try to fight them, no luck so far. All I can say about the phone company is that they are the worst in the world & are also thieves & robbers

Tried to do a transfer, after 6 weeks they just cancelled it and wanted us to do another request. Just went into shop yesterday, online and conected within 24 hours with WIFI. Is this a record?

i had no phoneline yesterday (although weirdly DSL was still up and running!)..called them at 2pm...engineer arrive at 5pm....problem sorted by 515.....

people knock them sometimes, but if you get a good engineer in you area it does help....
