Telecommunications in Spain
Hi
I was wondering what telecommunications you all use in Spain. Over here in the UK we now survive totally on mobiles. We have a T mobile account that gives us 1275 minutes per month to other mobiles and landlines in the UK, anytime for £21 a month (50% discount). We have another T mobile account which gives 3000 minutes per month to T Mobiles and landlines, off peak for £5 a month. The sim card for this is installed in a fixed gprs terminal which enables us to connect any BT apparatus, i.e. answer phone, fax machine, credit card terminal. It also supplies our internet via gprs, unlimited for an extra £12 a month. Our final phone is with three, £15 a month to give 300 minutes cross network, an additional 300 minutes to other three but also 4000 minutes worldwide, via skye. The 3 phone works in a number of countries, including Italy for example but not, unfortunately Spain which is a shame because when I say it works, it works without roaming charges. Just wondered if there were similar deals in Spain. I have also been looking at a least cost service where I phone a mobile number on my mobile in the UK - so that would be included in my allowances and then dial the Spanish number for about 1-2p a minute. stew |
Re: Telecommunications in Spain
All the major companies are here in Spain, Vodaphone, Orange, etc, and most have deals but you would have to find out from them. You could search the webfor the Spanish sites, just use .es instead of .co.uk.
