Teaching in or near Oliva
Hi all,
Having taught abroad for many years, Im looking to relocate to Oliva and either work in an English language school or set up my own small English school. I teach adults and children. Is there enough of a demand in that area? Is it easy enough to set up this kind of business?
Thanks

I am in exactly the same position as you. I taught in Asia for 7 years and looking to settle down in Oliva. Going to look at a property there on Wednesday. Have you mananged to find any teaching work there ? Not sure if I'll need to go to either Valencia or Alicante to have a better chance of finding work but my heart is set on Oliva. I hope you managed to find something suitable ! I'd be very interested to know how you got on.

There are a few English schools in the area (Alzira and Xativa and for sure a bit further south in Javea i think for example).
But most go to Spanish schools in the area.
Perhaps ask on local Facebook groups (Oliva Grapevine, Oliva Connect, and Oliva Tattler), which are also great groups for info and things in the Oliva area.
