Sometimes Spanish gestors get confused and think if you haveade a tax declaration in UK for property you don't do it in Spain just lump the income together. Technically this is wrong. My ex does the modelos for a gestor and says that you need to make sure that your UK property is shown on the mod 100 with all the details ( tenant, rebuild costs, castral etc, purchase date etc.) She says UK folk simply forget to explain to gestor that tjey have a rented property which the need to declare on mode. Even if not rented you still name it on the declaration for imputed tax.
Just check your modelo and see if the property is mentioned ( ie you can see the address and then all the calculations that follow)
