Hi, I am looking to move to Spain in the next month and was wondering if I have to pay tax on my maintenance which I receive in the uk and I don't currently have to pay tax on.

Is this maintenance for children? and if so do you have written permission to take the children out of the UK. You will need this to do everything legally.

You will be liable for tax on it Spain. You will get allowances against it which may well mean you won't pay tax on it. It depends on the amount and any other income you might have.
