Tax declaration. How does it work here? (index funds; startup equity)

Hi,
I have read around, but no 100% sure how this is done here in Spain.
I invest into passive funds via Indexa Capital (Spanish) and have invested into some Spanish startups via Crowdfunding platforms.
How does one declare these investments exactly?

Thanks for a primer on how to do this. :)

Simple thing is to get a Gestor to do it all for you>

Thanks for your advice.
What´s the price point for that? Do you know?

For any investments I have been involved with the provider raises the appropriate paperwork prior to the annual declaracion (April-June) and if there is a dividend or payout it is paid net of tax. If you do not take any funds out then there is no tax to pay until you take the profit. You can also (on the schemes I was in anyway) move money between funds and even if that includes profit it can be reinvested with no penalty.

It is only when it is back in your pocket the day of reckoning arrives!

Things have become better regulated here now (with banks and licensed advisors anyway) with proper risk assessments etc to ensure investors understand the risks, returns etc.

Are you tax resident in Spain? Have you previously submitted a tax declaration and declaration of assets?

I am a tax resident here in Spain, yes. I just have not done a declaration yet.
I know the broker I use for the index funds (Indexa Capital) provides an annual report to be included in a tax declaration. Is it fairly easy to do via the website of the IRPF?

Yes, the Rentaweb program is easy to use.I takes me about 10 minutes to do both declarations. You can also do the Form 720 asset declaration if you qualify to do so.
