We have just bought an apartment in Oliva.
We are nonresidents in Oliva and heard that we have to pay a nonresiden tax, model 210.

Do anyone know any Tax Adviser in Oliva and how mutch do they charge?

If you are talking about completing Form 210 then you should consider using Spanish Tax Forms Ltd: Spanish Tax made easy!: Home. They will complete the form for you and post it to you. You will though have to present the form at your Spanish Bank for payment. The service is very good and only costs £25 per property.

Yes I do, and it's the same one that Rosemary uses I believe, Pablo Faus Banules. She has pm'd you. He is actually based in Gandia, but thats where your tax returns will be done anyway
