Tax

I am a British citizen with 95% of my assets in the USA. I am planning to relocate to Span on an NLV and want to do it tax efficiently. Any recommended tax firms?

I will have income producing LLCs and Corporations in the US which I hope to treat as opaque entities for tax purposes and only declare distributions on my Spanish tax returns.
