Default Tanto monta monta tanto......new twist.

The new twist on the tanto monta, monta tanto, saying for the "reyes" isabel and Fernando, has a new twist due to the goings on of the Inf. Cristina and the slime ball jusband of hers.

Tanto manga, manga tanto, Cristina como El Urdango.

Surprise surprise that Cristina will not face charges for her part in the shady dealings of her husband and Co.

Meanwhile Urdanga is still working for telfonica with a salary of 1.5 millions a year, and whacking great bonus, and he will get a golden hand shake of 4.5millies.

Just read it in the Jueves, which incedently comes out on Tuesday
of course this was not enough to support 4 kids, so this couple of slimes decided to "mangar" a good whack on top.

It makes the brit MPS expenses scandal look positively small potatoes,

My brother in-law did the same Esade MBA as Urdangarin (although years later) and insists that he did nothing illegal

Just goes to show that these immoral if barely legal dealings run through the heart of capitalism. The current banking scandals in the UK show this also

For me Urdangarin is guilty of fraud. He billed for work that had no relation to the amount of work he did on them e.g. one bill was for 1 million euros and amounted to getting 3 interns to do a bit of googling - and then charged the public purse. imo, thats 10 years or so in prison and seizure of assets.

And then the alcaldes etc should be in prison for giving him work without going through the due procurement processes

The Urdangarin case alone is worth overthrowing the Spanish monarchy for. Another disgrace

They look like poor relations compared to the bankers, though!

Wherever you have capitalism you will get fraud, that's why the Soviets got rid of it, but their idea of communism was no better, in fact probably a lot worse. No matter what you do there will always be someone trying to make money for nothing, there is NO perfect system, and all the vast majority of us can do is to amke an outcry when it is discovered and hope that something changes.

Nothing illegal
Without going into the major fraud that he did, he employed a domestic help in his home, for 2 years with no contract, and then he had her down as a teleponist for his company, so the wage was an expense of the foundation, that small piddling little scam is in itself illegal......

To be fair, if that were his only crime then it would be a "blooper" for the Royal Family rather than anything serious

But yes corporate types are expert at fiddling the books, it is what the MBA prepares them for
