taking dogs from Spain to Morocco and back

I'm posting on on behalf of a friend.

What documentation is needed in each country to take dogs to Morocco and back? Thanks if you can help.

Very seriously is that a good idea? Morocco has let us say quite a lot of bugs and animal problems!
