Taking dogs to Spain
 

Can anyone help? I am taking my 2 cavalier King Charles Spaniels to Costa Blanca through the tunnel and driving through France and Spain. I need advice on places to stay on route which will allow dogs. Also advice on a vet in France to give the necessary injection 24 - 48 hours before returning to UK. All help gratefully received!

Can’t help you on the vet thing as we moved to Spain and are not going back! :D
With the accommodation I might be able to help. We brought our GSD down with us through France and stayed at Formule1 Hotels. They are pretty basic and cheap sort of Travelodge type places. But they allow dogs in the rooms and are clean.

Also part of the same group but a little more “up market” I think are IBIS Hotels, there aren’t so many of them about but I remember we considered staying in them so I think they must have taken dogs.
