Life here for young couples with children is going to be hard and no matter how much research or planning is not going to change that.

We have just had a call from one of our agents giving us our first quote for the price of this house.........it is 30,000 more than we thought excited or excited.......but wait I know the price's here are inflated so we won't be going with their quote because at the end of the day we want to sell and the quote they gave was more than double what we paid for this place 4 years ago. We have however improved this property greatly with pool, aircon, garden and general good maintenance.
hi,

We viewed the house in Feb 2003 and paid for it in the March, we used it as a holiday home whilst we continued to work in the UK to finance the improvements and then in September 2005 we moved here and now call it home.

The area we live is Costa de la Luz and the town is called Chiclana de la Frontera, we are about 6k from the town and 6k from the beach the actual area we live in is Rana Verde (which means Frog Green) and I have to say it is a very nice place, very quite with good neighbors. Why move on, well you can see from other threads I have itchy feet.
