Super Patri/Hiper Patri

Our local Super Patri now cooks take away meals on the premises. Is this what all of their shops are doing or is this unusual?

Best way to describe it is something similar to an escalope of pork or chicken, coated in breadcrumbs and I shallow fry, in the boro they are deep fried for quickness and then it has a layer of white or mild cheese sauce (has to be really thick or cold when put on) then that is covered with medium/strong grated cheese, throw it in the oven to reheat through, the cheese sauce to warm up and the grated cheese to melt serve with cheesy chips and garlic sauce, tastes even better cold the next morning, lol
