Is it just me or do his shoes an socks clash with the shorts, pic taken this morning in half a hurricane, look how the locals are dressed. :D

Looking at the Camel 9 ciggy logo on his shirt and the type of footwear I would say his clothing is German,American or Australian. As to the identity of the person within the clothing I have no idea but I would not say British, Because of the type of sock worn.;) I am sure some of you have seen him a the boot-sale and will prove me wrong but good fun guessing anyway. :blink::blink:
