Status of construction on CE Plots
 
Hi, can anyone tell me approximately how many of the plots have been built on and are complete, and the numbers of plots where construction is in progress?

Also - the last time I visited I had a few ballpark figures for construction but they were quite high per sqm - almost quinta do lago type prices and that was a no-no! so has anyone got any new rates per sqm for typical build costs?

Currently six villas on the go on esuri and I know of another 4 which will be starting soon. Prices of build for good quality 850-1000 per m2 (can get it for 650-700 but you get what you pay for) depends on the finish you want.
