hi, I am going to change to the state run scheme at 270e per quarter.

Can anyone please advise where I go to get started? is it the local tax office, if so, what documents do I need to take & I am assuming I pay quarterly in advance.

you do know that will only cover you not all your family members (if you have some here)

I don't know where you go - but I imagine your local health centre could advise you?
