Spantel HELP!

I need help getting set up with a Spantel telephone account in Empuriabrava, Costa Brava I've looked at their website and it dosen't really say how to do it, I'd like to use it for internet but just a phone line will do as it's costing so much to phone the UK.
any advice appreciated......................Jim Brown
